Abstract

This report commends President- Denis Sassou Nguesso of the Republic of Congo, Chair of The African Union High-Level Committee on Libya towards his initiatives resolving the crisis in Libya, as it continues to be source of great concern to the international community in general and the African Union in implementing the assembly decision.
