Abstract
Chairperson of the Nepad Heads of State and Government orientation committee (HSGOC) held its 2th meeting on 14 July 2012 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia prior to the 19th African Union (AU) Assembly to deliberate on four items as below. a) Programmatic Activities of the NEPAD Agency: January - June 2012. b) Adoption of the Draft Rules of Procedure for NEPAD Governance Structures. c) Status of the Presidential Infrastructure Champion Initiative (PICI) d) Africa’s Strategic Partnership Engagements.
