Abstract
This report of the Commission highlights implementation of previous Decisions of the Executive Council and Assembly adopted by the 15th Ordinary Session of the Assembly held in Kampala, Uganda in July 2010 as requested by the Commission in collaboration with the Permanent Representatives’ Committee (PRC) to o improve the format for reporting the implementation.
