Pan African Telecommunications Fund

Abstract

This is a progress report on the implementation of the Pan-African Telecommunication' Network in African countries and this involved investment of vast financial and manpower resources, which most African countries either do not possess or are unable to mobilize themselves and therefore sustained efforts are necessary to explore all possible sources of technical, financial and manpower to assist the African countries.
