This report is on the activities of the Executive Secretariat of the OAU in Europe concerning the following issues as follows, political action against Portugal in the specialized agencies, exclusion of South Africa from specialized agencies, participation of the national liberation governments in W.H.O, U.P.U.activities and also assistance to be provided to liberation government.
