This item agenda of the Sixth Pan-African Congress proposed by the Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania in Ethiopia to the Secretary General of the Organization of African Unity during the Council of Ministers during the Twenty-Second Ordinary Session held in Addis Ababa on February /March 1974.
