Abstract

This report contains financial activities of the General Secretariat and those of the Regional and Sub-Regional Offices from 1st June, 1972 to 31st May, 1973 which was submitted to the members of the board of External Auditors and it mentions that the appropriation for the 1972/73 budget amounted to U.S $ 3,828,177.00 whilst the total expenditure and outstanding obligations including the unforeseen expenditure approved to be spend during the 1972/73 financial year as of 31st May, 1973 amounted to U.S. $ 3,794,278.19 thus leaving a balance of U.S.$ 33,898.21.
