This report on the relationship between the OAU and the conference of African Labor Minsters submitted to the Twelfth Ordinarily Session of the conference of African Labor Minsters held in Conakry, from 18-23 March 1974 discusses the question of relations between OAU and the conference of African Labour Ministers for the achievements of the conference.
