Report of the 2nd Seminar of the BPEAR

Abstract

This report talks about the issues discussed at the 2nd seminar of BPEAR which include but not limited to the challenges facing African refugees in terms of education, placement, counselling and training of these refugees as well as means to help solve these challenges.
