The Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt presents its compliments to the General Secretariat of the OAU and has the honour to inform the Secretariat that the Arab Republic of Egypt has to re-refer to the candidature of Mr. Mohammed Fathi TAHA to the chairmanship of the World Meteorological Organization at the elections to be held during the WMO General Assembly meeting in April/May 1975
