Introductory Note of the Secretary-General on the Draft Co-operation Agreement Between OAU and the World Meteorological Organization

Abstract

At the Twenty-Fourth Ordinary Session of Council of Ministers in Addis Ababa in February 1975, the World Meteorological Organization and the Organization of African Union agreed on the need to promote close meteorological cooperation for sharing of information and knowledge.
