This report talks about the discussion, by the Council of Ministers, of the application of the Democratic Republic of Somalia to host a Regional Sub-Office of the Executive Secretariat of the Liberation Committee in Mogadiscio to facilitate the acceleration of the struggle for the Liberation of the So-called Somaliland (Djibouti)
