Report of the Administrative Secretary-General on Draft Agreement Between the Organization of African Unity and the Union of African Railways

Abstract

This is a report by the Administrative Secretary-General to the Council of Ministers on the draft agreement which was made between representatives of the General Secretariat of the Organization of African Unity and the Secretariat of the Union of African Railways, after the implementation of resolution CM/Res. 507(XXVII) granted the Union of African railways the status of Specialized Agency of the OAU, at a meeting held in Addis Ababa from 15th to 16th November, 1975.
