Abstract

A report by the Administrative Secretary-General on the importance and need for intra-African co-operation in labor related social questions such as employment, population, rural development and family welfare programmes and the collective and individual responsibility of African countries to harness the natural and human resources of the continent for the total development of the African people in all spheres of human endeavour.
