Administrative Secretary-General's report on Executive Secretariat for Science and Technology

Abstract

This report is a review of existing activities of the OAU Executive Secretariat for science and technology and the bureau and field projects being supervised by the secretariat.The secretariat looked at the cooperation and campaign against plant and animal diseases,improvement of food grains,African medicinal plants research among others which were happening in some African countries.
