This report discusses the pre-draft declaration and programme of action on Afro-Arab Co-operation sent to Member States of the OAU in accordance to Resolution AHG/Res.73(XII) which was adopted during the 12th Ordinary Session of the Summit Conference of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the OAU held in Kampala from 28 July to 1st August, 1975
