This report discusses the resolution CM/Res.440(XXV) that was adopted by the OAU Council of Ministers in its Twenty-Fifth Ordinary Session in Kampala from 18-25 July 1975 concerning the establishment of an Inter-African Airline, feedback from Member States as well as the way forward in terms of achieving the goal.
