Abstract

This report by the Secretary-General contains and discusses the request submitted by the Union of African Railways to be given the status of a Specialized agency of the Organization of African Unity in accordance to the resolution adopted by the Third General Assembly of the Union of African Railways held in Kinshasa, Republic of Zaire from 20 to 25 October 1975
