Abstract
A report of the Secretary General on the Fourth Session of the OAU Ad Hoc Committee on Drought and Other Natural Disasters which was held in Addis Ababa from 29-30 November 1976 to review the situation of drought and other natural disasters in Africa and recommend actions to combat these natural disasters and its effects on the affected Member States.
