This report discusses the Fourth Conference of African Ministers of Industry which took place in Kaduna, Nigeria from 23-26 November, 1977, and highlights the role of the Conference in bringing industrial development in Africa and also the Meeting of Plenipotentiaries on the establishment of an African Centre for the transfer, adaptation and development of technology.
