The Twenty-First Anniversary of the Commission (Agenda Item 10)

Abstract

This report discusses the events leading to the Twenty-first Anniversary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa which was scheduled to be held in 1979, where Member States will undertake an appraisal of the performance of the African region in socio-economic development and integration and commit themselves to the task of accelerating the socio-economic development and integration of the continent.
