This report discusses the replacement of one of the members of the OAU Ad Hoc Administrative Tribunal by balloting, in accordance to Article 1 of document CM/170 Rev.2 which states that "each year the Council of Ministers shall appoint three Member
States. in alphabetical order, one of them to be replaced by
balloting at the end of the year".
