Abstract

This note verbale presents the request of the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya to add the item "Consideration of the deteriorating situation following the refusal by Habre's group and the Northern Army to attend the National Reconciliation Conference for Chad sponsored by the Organization of Africa Unity under the aegis of President Mengistu Haile Mariam" on the agenda of the Fortieth Ordinary Session of the OAU Council of Ministers to be held in Addis Ababa from 27 February - 7 March, 1984
