Report of the Second Ad Hoc Ministerial Committee of Five on Disabled Persons, Addis Ababa, at the OAU Headquarters, 4-5 April 1983

Abstract

This report discusses the proceedings of the Second meeting of the Ad hoc Ministerial Committee of Five on Disabled Persons which was held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on the 4th and 5th April 1983 to discuss the report of the Secretary General on Efforts Staged Towards the Establishment of an African Rehabilitation Institute and to study, discuss and evaluate the reports of the missions undertaken to the 5 regions of Africa to assess available rehabilitation centres and services which would be selected to form the structure of the proposed African Rehabilitation Institute (ARI).
