This report discusses the proceedings of the Third Meeting of the Ad Hoc Ministerial Committee of Five on Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons held in Addis Ababa on 13 and 14 December 1983, to discuss the establishment of the proposed African Rehabilitation Institute (ARI) for disabled persons in Africa.
