Abstract

This is a request by the People’s Republic of Angola to the General Secretariat of the Organization of African Unity to include the item "Question of aggressions perpetrated by the racist regimes of Rhodesia and South Africa against Angola" in the agenda of the Thirty-Third Ordinary Session of the OAU Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs to be held in Monrovia, in July 1979
