Report of the Secretary-General on the Problem of Refugees in Africa

Abstract

This Secretary-General’s report on the Problem of Refugees in Africa recalling of many resolutions and decisions made by the Council of Ministers in favor of African refugees which had regrettably remained unimplemented despite the repeated appeals by the responsible services of the AOU Secretariat dealing with refugees problem.
