Report of the Secretary-General on a Project Plan for an OAU Inter-African Centre(S) for Training and Research in Food Science, Technology and Nutrition

Abstract

This report by the Secretary-General contains recommendations of the Team of Experts on the final project plan for the proposed OAU Inter-African Centre for Training and Research in Food Science, Technology and Nutrition, this was accomplished after held two meetings in Addis Ababa and also undertook a fact finding mission to 17 Member States of the OAU.
