Abstract

Report on the benefits of Judges of the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights presented to the PRC Sub-Committee on general supervision and coordination of administrative, budgetary and financial matters inline with the in the decision EX.CL/Dec. 449 (XIII) of July 2008, authorizing the Court to submit a new structure of the Registry and new proposals concerning the status and benefits for the Judges of the Court.
