Abstract

7. The Applicant alleges violation of the following rights: a. The right to equality before the law and the right to equal protection of the law without discrimination, as guaranteed under Article 3(1) and (2) of the Charter; b. The right to dignity inherent in a human being and to the recognition of his legal status as provided under Article 5 of the Charter; c. The right to a fair trial as protected under Article 7(1)(a), (c) and (d) of the Charter.
