The Applicant alleges violation of his following rights: i. Right to non-discrimination, protected under Article 2 of the Charter; ii. Right to equality before the law and equal protection of the law, protected under Article 3 of the Charter; iii. Right to a fair trial as protected under Article 7 of the Charter and Article 14 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (“hereinafter referred to as “ICCPR”); iv. Right to receive information, protected under Article 9(1) of the Charter and Article 19 of the ICCPR; v. Right to physical and mental health, protected under Article 16 of the Charter and Article 12 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural rights (hereinafter referred to as “ICESCR”); and vi. Right to property, protected under Article 14 of the Charter
