      Abstract
      The Applicants allege that the Respondent State violated their rights as follows: i. The right to equality before the law, protected by Articles 3(1) and (2) of the Charter and Article 26 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (hereinafter referred to as “ICCPR”); ii. The right to have one’s cause heard, protected by Article 7(1)(a) of the Charter and Article 14 of the ICCPR.
