REPORT OF THE SECRETARY GENERAL TO THE 6TH CONFERENCE OF AFRICAN MINISTERS OF HEALTH (CAMH 6)

Abstract

This report highlights all the Declarations and Resolutions which Heads of State and Government have adopted since the institutionalization of the Conference of African Ministers of Health (CAMH). If all the Declarations and Resolutions had been implemented successfully since the institutionalization of CAMH, then the health sector would have been at improved and advanced stage. The report identifies major gaps in health policies, which may have constrained any effective implementation of the Declarations and Resolutions.
