Abstract

The document explains the establishment of an African - Latin American cultural and intellectual forum as proposed to the AU Assembly by the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Great Jamahiriya. The establishment is also based on the Declaration of the First Africa-South America Summit, held in Abuja, Nigeria, from 26 to 30 November 2006
