Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (ESTI)
The Human Resources, Science & Technology Department (HRST) coordinates the AU programmes on human resource development, education, science, technology and innovation agenda. The department aspires to: -contribute towards revitalized, quality, relevant, and harmonized education systems responsive to the needs of Africa -formulate, harmonize, coordinate and implement enabling policies on the continent to accelerate Africa’s transition to an innovative-led, knowledge-based economy.
