This report is on the parallel session on education was held during the second ordinary session of the specialized technical committee on education, Science and Technology (STC-EST 2) that was hosted by Egypt in Cairo from 21 - 23 October 2017 to discuss the implementation of CESA and other various policies and frameworks pertaining to education in Africa.
