      Abstract
      i. That this Honourable Court orders for the restoration of Applicant’s liberty by his release from prison where he is currently serving an unlawful sentence; ii. We pray that this Honourable Court applies the principle of proportionality when considering the award for compensation to be granted; iii. That this Honourable Court makes an order that the Respondent guarantees non-repetition of these violations against the Applicant. The Respondent State should also be requested to report back to this Honourable Court every six months until they satisfy the orders this Court shall make when considering the submissions for reparations;
