Memorandum Submitted by the Democratic and People's Republic of Algeria on the Convening of a Special Session of the United Nations General Assembly

Abstract

This is a memorandum of understanding agreement written by the Chairman of the Revolutionary Council and the Council of Ministers of the Democratic and People's Republic of Algeria, President Houari Boumediene, on the 31st of January 1974 to the United Nations Secretary-General, requesting for a convening of a special session of the United Nations General Assembly to consider problems affecting the development of the world economy and international co-operation.
