Abstract

This is the report of the Third Ordinary Session of the Educational, Scientific, Cultural and Health Commission presented to the Council of ministers in accordance with Article XII of the OAU Charter which states that "the functions of the specialized commission shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the present charter and of the regulation approved by the Council of Ministers"
