Abstract

A report by the Administrative Secretary-General on the state of negotiations on a Common Fund under the Integrated Programme for Commodities (IPC), as was discussed during the 4th Session of UNCTAD held in May 1976 in Nairobi, Kenya, and had the question of the IPC as the number one item on its agenda.
