This report details the outcome of the Tenth Conference of African Ministers of Industry (CAMI), held in Dakar, Senegal, from July 29-31, 1991. This conference's primary focused on the draft program for the Second Industrial Development Decade for Africa (2nd IDDA), building on the OAU Assembly's 1989 resolution requesting its proclamation,through the extensive preparatory discussions led by UNIDO, ECA, and OAU.
