Financial Rules and Regulations of the Organization of African Unity

Abstract

The financial rules and regulations which govern the financial administration of all the organs of the OAU. It briefly described important subjects related such as the financial year, the budget, appropriations and provision of funds, custody of funds, internal control, accounts and general provisions.
